Dillon joins VeloxServ with over 12 years of experience in finance, having developed a well-rounded skill set across all areas of financial operations. Known for his strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Dillon consistently delivers high-quality results and takes pride in maintaining precision in everything he does.
His expertise will play a key role in supporting our financial processes and strengthening relationships with our customers as we continue to scale.
A Proven Track Record of Success
Starting his career as an apprentice, Dillon has progressed into senior leadership roles, including Finance Manager and Director positions, where he successfully led teams of more than 10 people.
Throughout his career, he has:
- Supported businesses in increasing turnover and achieving growth
- Played a key role in company acquisitions
- Helped organisations scale effectively, from SMEs to larger enterprises
- Maintained strong credit control processes under tight deadlines
By working closely with credit agencies and insurers, Dillon has consistently ensured timely payments and helped businesses maintain healthy financial operations.
Life Outside of Work
Outside the office, Dillon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and values maintaining a strong work-life balance. He’s also a passionate football fan and a proud supporter of Liverpool FC – so he’s always happy to talk football or connect with fellow fans.

In his role, he will focus on:
