Rather than logging into multiple portals or manually comparing suppliers, Unity provides a single point of access to identify the best connectivity options for every customer. 

End-to-End Ordering 

Partners can now complete the entire ordering journey directly within Unity. 

From quotation through to order submission, the portal provides a straightforward, guided experience that removes unnecessary administration and helps accelerate the sales process. 

Built-In Diagnostics 

Diagnosing faults is now faster than ever with integrated diagnostic tools for: 

  • CityFibre 
  • Vodafone 
  • ITS 

Having immediate access to network diagnostics enables partners to identify issues more quickly, reducing resolution times and improving the overall customer experience. 

Real-Time Order Monitoring 

Keeping customers informed is an essential part of delivering exceptional service. 

Unity now provides comprehensive order monitoring, allowing partners to:

One of the most anticipated additions to Unity is Radius Management. 

This powerful feature will provide partners with: 

  • Live broadband usage information 
  • Online and offline status monitoring 
  • The ability to suspend user sessions when required
