With over 15 years of experience in the UK technology reseller channel, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, account management, and business development. Throughout his career, he has built long-standing relationships with clients, helping them resolve complex challenges and unlock growth opportunities. His track record includes growing and retaining customers to achieve over £6 million ARR and representing clients in multi-million-pound proposals.

Outside of work, Steven is a passionate sports enthusiast with a lifelong devotion to Manchester United. He has been running a weekly football session for the past 13 years and credits sport with having a huge impact on his personal and professional development. Family also plays a central role in Steven’s life, with his wife and young daughter inspiring his drive and commitment.
