VeloxServ retains ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditations for eighth year

VeloxServ is pleased to announce that it has successfully passed its latest UKAS-accredited surveillance audit for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with zero non-conformities identified.

The successful audit reinforces VeloxServ’s long-standing commitment to information security, quality management and robust operational processes, while providing customers and partners with independent assurance that the systems supporting our services continue to meet rigorous, internationally recognised standards.

VeloxServ has maintained its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications continuously since 2018. That means the company has now been independently assessed against these standards for more than eight years, with regular surveillance audits helping to ensure that its management systems remain effective and continue to evolve.

What do ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 mean?

ISO 9001 provides a framework for quality management, helping organisations establish consistent processes, monitor performance and continually improve the way they deliver products and services.

ISO 27001 focuses on information security management. It provides a systematic approach to identifying and managing information security risks, protecting information and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.

For VeloxServ, the two standards work together to support a broader approach to quality, security and operational resilience.

They underpin the way we manage our business, infrastructure, information and customer relationships – helping us maintain consistent standards as the business continues to grow.

Why UKAS accreditation matters

While holding ISO certification is important, how that certification is assessed also matters.

VeloxServ's latest surveillance audit was carried out by a UKAS-accredited certification body. UKAS accreditation provides independent assurance that the certification body carrying out the assessment has been evaluated as competent to perform certification activities against recognised international standards.

For customers and partners, this provides an additional level of confidence. It means VeloxServ's certification isn't simply based on an internal assessment or a self-declared commitment to best practice. Our management systems are independently assessed by a competent, recognised certification body against the requirements of the relevant ISO standards.

The latest surveillance audit found zero non-conformities, providing further evidence that VeloxServ continues to maintain the processes and controls required by its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications.

More than a certificate

For VeloxServ, certification is not simply about passing an annual audit or having certificates on the wall.

The standards form part of our day-to-day approach to managing the business and continually looking for ways to improve.
