We’re delighted to announce that Jordan Roden has joined VeloxServ as a Datacentre Operations Engineer.
Jordan brings a wealth of experience across IT, networking, and infrastructure, with a career journey that spans retail, education, government, and global technology firms. Starting out as an IT and refurbishment technician, Jordan has since built his expertise in data destruction, hardware and software support, and network engineering. He has also played a key role in launching several facilities for global organisations across the UK and Ireland.
One of Jordan’s proudest achievements is completing a Degree Apprenticeship in Cloud and Networking, which underpins his strong technical background and passion for datacentres. Joining VeloxServ marks an exciting next step, allowing him to finally pursue his long-held interest in working directly within the datacentre environment.
Outside of work, Jordan is an avid aviation enthusiast, contributing to the ADSB and Mode S communities as a dedicated flight tracker and spotter. He also enjoys walking and spending quality time with friends and family.
Looking ahead, Jordan is excited to get hands-on with day-to-day operations, supporting VeloxServ customers and collaborating closely with the team. He’s especially motivated by the opportunity to support our ISP partners at a datacentre level – helping to deliver a high-quality experience for our partners and enhance the connectivity and colocation capabilities for the end user customers.
