Late last year we placed an order with Zayo to provide a 10Gbps Fibre Wavelength from our London PoP in Telehouse East to our carrier-neutral, Wolverhampton Datacentre. We now have in excess of 500Gbps of fibre capacity from Zayo alone.
It’s uncommon to find data-centres outside of London and Manchester that offer fibre from anyone other than BT Openreach and Virgin Media. Our aim has always been to grow our UK network and ensure that we’re well placed outside of the main datacentre hubs in the UK to offer global connectivity from Tier 1 providers. We’re committed to build on that over the next 5 years.
