Based on the experience of your service over the past 4 to 5 months I haven't got anything negative to say.

The service provided is more than adequate for my requirements and the description therefore, more then exceeds expectation on delivery of service.

Support provided is at a level to which i have not experienced before, not only are support requests answered quickly and in plain English, more often than not the potential for an issue to arise is 'headed off at the pass' by a clearly high level of monitoring.
