We guarantee 100% Power availability

Each of the datacentres have industrial UPS and Generator systems at a minimum of N+1, meaning that if power to the grid fails your server stays accessible via the battery backup of our UPS'. Moments later, the generators take over which provide power until power to the grid is restored.

 

We guarantee 100% Cooling availability

Our datacentres are kitted out with minimum N+1 cooling this ensures your servers are kept at the right temperature even if a unit were to fail.

 

We guarantee 99.95% Network availability

At the core of each network are high performance Cisco Routers and multiple diverse links to the internet. We monitor the networks 24/7 to ensure they are available and have low latency. Each server is then fed from our HP Procurve rack switches.

 

Emergency datacentre access

If your server is offline and hasn’t come up after several reboot attempts you can call our out of hours emergency number, from here an engineer will attempt to see what's on the screen with our ad-hoc KVMoIP. If there is thought to be a hardware failure a technician will be despatched to meet you at the datacentre.

 

We ensure responsive support

Our support team are available to answer any questions you may have with your service. We aim to respond to your ticket within 30 minutes, if your query is urgent we aim to respond within 15 minutes.

 

Remote Hands

If you need us to carry out work on your server and you are unable to attend the datacentre, we are able to despatch an engineer to carry out these tasks for you. This remote work may be chargeable but you will be made aware of this before the work is carried out.
