Your server(s) will be provisioned with all your software installed, updated and secured. With our management packages we include remote monitoring which alerts us to any issues as soon as they arise. Our engineers maintain your server(s) around the clock to ensure it's online and functioning as it should, we will notify you of any planned maintenance windows where, from time to time we may need to take your server offline to complete security patches and updates.
Along with our fully managed option, we offer basic management, giving you the option to take care of the server(s) yourselves. This then gives us the responsibility of keeping the O/S up to date and remotely monitoring 24/7.
