We use branded hardware

All of our server hardware is provided by Dell and Super Micro. When we first started in the server hosting business we quickly realised that the quality of hardware and attention to detail that goes into their server range far outweighs self-building servers to save a few pounds.

 

We guarantee 100% Power availability

Each of the datacentres have industrial UPS and Generator systems at a minimum of N+1, meaning that if power from the grid fails, your server stays accessible via the battery backup of our UPS'. Moments later, the generators take over which provide power until mains power is restored.

 

We guarantee 99.95% Network availability

At the core of each network are high performance Cisco Routers and multiple diverse links to the internet. We monitor the networks 24/7 to ensure they are available and have low latency. Each server is then fed from our HP Procurve rack switches.

 

Remote Reboots and Bandwidth Graphing

We integrate both our remote reboot and bandwidth monitoring facilities into our client area giving you access to these services 24/7, free of charge.

 

We ensure responsive support

Our support team are available to answer any questions you may have with your service. We aim to respond to your ticket within 30 minutes, if your query is urgent we aim to respond within 15 minutes.
